RKB Landscape started in Edmonton in 2015 with a simple goal: give property managers a landscaping company they do not have to chase.

In Alberta, landscaping is not just mowing grass. It is dealing with heavy snow, freeze thaw cycles, unpredictable weather, and tight turnaround times. If your contractor is not organized, your property suffers.

That is why we built RKB around structure, accountability, and consistency from day one.

Today we maintain condo complexes, townhome developments, and multi unit properties across Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Beaumont, Fort Saskatchewan, and Spruce Grove.

Most of our clients have been with us for years. Our retention rate is over 98 percent. We hold a 5.0 star Google rating, full WCB coverage, and gold level liability insurance. Those are important. But what matters more is this: we show up when we say we will.

Property management requires structure and clear documentation. We have built our operations around that expectation.

Every site visit is digitally logged by a supervisor, including before and after photos. Monthly reports are delivered directly to the board or property manager, outlining completed work and site notes.

Weekly maintenance is completed on consistent scheduled days whenever weather permits, allowing you to plan confidently.

Management hours are staggered to ensure timely communication. Emails and calls are typically returned within one hour.
